Builder Member shall be open to any person, firm or corporation that is, or has been, in the business of building or rebuilding homes, apartments, schools, commercial, industrial, or other structures normally related and appurtenant to a community; or in land development and who transacts such business, and resides within the State of Alaska; is of good character and business reputation; agrees to abide by the provisions of the Association, and meets with the approval of the Board of Directors. Must have a current contractor’s license.
Associate Member shall be open to any person, firm or corporation engaged in any allied trade, industry or profession within the State of Alaska; who is of good character and business reputation; agrees to abide by the provisions of the by-laws of the Association: subscribes to the purpose of this Association, and meets with the approval of the Board of Directors.

After confronting poor workmanship on a property, she obtained her general contractor license and expanded her services. Debbie is recognized for her innovative solutions and has assisted many clients, particularly during crises like the Mendenhall Glacier flooding. A mentor for women and youth in construction, she advocates for skilled trades and emphasizes community support, actively contributing to local initiatives like SEABIA to promote responsible construction practices.
